Q. Can these courses be completed on a Mac or iPad, or only on a PC?
Some of the content is in Flash, so an iPad will not be able to display everything. Safari is not a supported browser, but most versions of Firefox are supported on a Mac. See the minimum specification.
Q. How are the courses presented?
All courses are available to take online and can be accessed anywhere around the world with internet connection. You are provided with a link, username and password (password can changed).
Q. What is included in the course?
Each course consists of audio videos, slides, animations, interactive exercises, activities to test your knowledge throughout and an assessment.
Q. Can I go back to previous slides and chapters in the course?
Yes. You can revisit content as as many times as you like. However, once you have successfully completed the assessment it will not be possible to take this again.
Q. What topics do you offer?
We offer a range of courses on subjects in online and interactive marketing including Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search Strategies, Email Strategy, Social Media and Web Analytics.
Q. How long do courses take to complete?
When purchased via the ClickZ Academy website, you will have 12 months to complete the course from the date you enroll. Please note, if a course has been purchased via a Partner, you may only have access for up to 3 months.
Q. How long do I have to complete a course?
When purchased via the ClickZ Academy website, you will have 12 months to complete the course from the date you enroll. Please note, if a course has been purchased via a Partner or if discounts are above 50%, you may only have access for up to 3 months. Accounts may be extended with an admin fee, upon request.
Q. How often are the existing courses updated with new information?
The courses are updated by the instructors as they become out of date. If updates are made during your 1-year license, you will be able to see the new content.
Q. How many attempts do I have to complete the assessment?
The assessment can be taken as many times as necessary for you to pass. However, once you have successfully completed the assessment you are not able to take it again. The course remains available even if you have completed the assessment.
Q. Who are the instructors?
ClickZ Academy instructors include esteemed speakers, bestselling book authors, sought-after consultants and award winners.
Q. Can I purchase courses separately or do I need to purchase a full package?
The courses are priced individually or as a group, however there are discounts for multiple courses that will not be available if they are purchased individually.
Q. Do courses have to be completed in any particular order?
You have complete flexibility to take the courses in any order that you wish.
Q. When will new courses be available?
Courses are being released constantly to ensure the library remains up to date and we have content covering upcoming trends and recent developments. Sign up for updates to receive notification when new material is available.
Q. Can I monitor my staff's progress?
If you have several staff members registered, we can create administrator access so that you can monitor the progress of your employees.
Q. Can I brand these courses with company information?
The courses can be branded and tailored to reflect your company's corporate style or policies.
Q. Are there other courses offered that aren't listed here?
There are always courses in development and if you are interested in a subject which is not covered here, please let us know.
